ach time you mention the word communication – what readily comes to the minds of many is the mastery of the English language.

Yes, such may be the summation when you appear before lettered folks but not before your followers or associates.


Leadership communication thrives on the ability to present an issue before your associates, team or staff to the point where the dumbest or dullest among them is able to grasp your ideology without the aid of a psychologist.



I mean being on the same page with your followers or staff as their leader or - as the case may seem.

A process whereby; any of your employees could [and or] easily accept to act as delegate for your organization - with little or no supervision required, because the vision has become part of them – hence they could defend such without much ado.
